Hi subhendubanga,

Welcome to the BB COmmunity...

Regarding 3G, b4 u start using 3G network, u have to select 3G network in ur BB...if even after u have selected 3G netwrok, ur not able to use 3G network, then there must be some issue with ur BB...

Regarding, switching off issue...are u getting any message on ur BB screen to switch off ur BB...???if ur getting any such message regularly, then i would suggest u to reinstall ur BB OS...

Reinstallation of OS should solve these issues...do take a backup b4 u opt for reinstallation of OS...

Good Luck...

with regards
simply abhik...

If i am using 3G or simply EDGE, the problem exist ... every when i wake up everyone is telling me that why is your cellphine is switch off.... even i don't switch off the phone..it is still on.

If i dial some one then later on anyone can get me on....else switch off.

No Message regarding switch off!

I had selected the dual mode 2G&3G in settings, i am not getting what is the problem with my phone neither anyone, software is up to date and every setting and every thing is ok.

"If possible give me a link for BB 9380 firmware reinstall. I am not getting the open version (GSM Universal/Unlocked) for my BB as i dnt stick to any particular network. "

AT-LAST GOT THE SOLUTION : Re: BB Curve 9380 Telling switch off every day after not being used for more then 3 hours, Please help!

Cellphone was telling switch off every day after not being used for more then 3 hours....tried many solutions but no result even BlackBerry Customer care failed Smiley Very Happy.......but got the solution from a friend who is a Tech Gig.. in a Telicom comp... and its worked. it was the 3G which was doing problem, put the 3G setting to 2G if you are not using any 3G recharge.... and no problem at all.

I had also reinstalled the OS later as a experiment, but my friend was right and its worked perfectly.

but i also appriciate all of you friends who atleast try'ed  to helped me out Smiley Happy
