BB Curve battery died- battery charged but still frozen.

I have had my BB all of a month, made the mistake of falling asleep without charging it.

Woke up battery dead

Next day charged it and overnight

It switches on with the the red flash then it loads up and gets frozen

It won't even let me unlock the key pad

signal is always sos.

still goes to the clock as if its on standby

Tried taking out the battery and putting it back in and still the same problem.

Re: BB Curve battery died- battery charged but still frozen.

Remove the battery.

Remove and reinsert the SIM card.

Connect your device to a charger, one that you know works.

Reinsert your Battery.

Leave the device to charge 2-3 hours, and then, still connected to the USB cable, remove the the battery from the device a few seconds and reinsert it. If it boots--leave it to charge to 100% (check Options > Status for the percentage).

If it doesn't boot--try using a wall outlet charger if you are not. If you are connected via USB to the PC, make certain that you have Desktop Manager (or the USB device drivers) installed, which you can download below.

Re: BB Curve battery died- battery charged but still frozen.

There are 2 options, the second one is easier.

1. install BBSAK from bbsak.org plug ur phone into the pc, wipe it and then the BlackBerry User Tools cd u get when u buy the phone, install bb desktop software and connect ur phone it will say cannot connect, click update and go from there.

2. install BBSAK from bbsak.org plug ur phone into the pc and click restore to factory settings, and there u have it, a fixed bb.

It might not work cuz this is a solution 2 another problem
