BB Curve not loading!!

Please can some one help me.

My phone showed updates required so I did this. On restarting the phone it switches on but the load bar only get about thre quarters of the way then stays like that!

Have tried taking battery, sim and memory card out and leaving for at least an hour then trying again, have tried connecting via computer and restoring but it doesn't register that its connected. Can anyone come up with another solution please?

Please try to start your device on Safe Mode  while removing your media card .and see it device start up:

 

KB17877  How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode.

 

 

But if the above process fails then as you said your device is not detected while connecting to your computer then you had to use Apploader to force the detection of your BlackBerry device.for that look at this Knowledge Base :

KB10144 : How to Force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader
