Can anyone help? The BB Desktop Manager will no longer recognize my device. When the divice was new, and following the first install it did work. No longer. The PC recognizes the device, however... I can access both the device memory and the SD card, but the software won't. I have unistalled and reinstalled the software numerous times using both the disk that came with it and the newest release from RIM. I am at whits end and would really like to synchronize the device again. It has been months.
Thank you in advance for any tips. What I was able to find in a search seemed to not apply with current software because I could not even find the options buttons referenced.

If this does not resolve the issue, try clean uninstalling the Desktop Manager as shown here: http://bit.ly/aMZYJL then reinstall.
