I get a message that says TheBlackberry Desktop Software could not load your previous organizer data configurations ..... I dont want previous configs, I want to start from scratch ...what must I clear???

To clear your previous synchronization configuration in the BlackBerry Desktop Software, please connect your BlackBerry Bold 9900 smartphone and select Organizer on the left. Then select Reset Settings under Synchronization Settings. You should then be able to setup synchronization from the beginning.
