Ok guys I am at a loss I have tried everything and I can't get the desktop software to run. All antivirus and firewall (Norton) have been disabled. No other software is running and previous versions of desktop software worked just fine. There has been no system changes since the previous version worked and the new one does not.....Please help.

i have the same problem, i have removed the battery several times, tried to connect into diffrent usb ports, uninstall and reinstall the software? the dm will not see my phone as connected at all?
