I've got 2 BB Curve 8520's, one that has "App error 523" coming up on the screen.
I downloaded the most up to date BB Desktop software so i could fix it.
My problem is that although the phone is recognized, it won't connect....
In the bottom right hand corner it says it is connecting, but never does.
My other BB 8520 connects easily & i can access all the the options in the drop down menu's....
It also tells me what software version i have.
I've never seen this phone working..... I thought it would be an easy fix.....
Can anyone help?
