BB ID does not work on my new Torch 9850

For some reason, my BB ID does not work. I have tried to reset password and it did not work. I ensured that I access my old mobile and log off BB protect, but it did not work. I also created a new ID using my second email on the same phone, but it refused it saying i have to use the ID associated with this phone. Unfortunately, I am not able to access protect and not able to download any app on my phone. PLEASE HELP. Thanks, Amr
