Hello Everyone I have a question and I hope someone is able to help me. I have the bold 9780 and my bbms arent being delievered. I need to remove the battery to make it work! How can I fix this problem

Do you notice what you are showing for signal strength when you are having this issue? It is possible the you are in an area of bad coverage and when you do the battery pull you are getting reconnected to the network. The next time this issue happens try registering on the host round table as shown in the below article to see if you are able to get the BlackBerry® registration message to come to your device.
