BB Protect

Running Torch 9800 with Telus; Trying to install BB Protect but error message re: BB Enterprise Server; I am not & never have run with BES on this or any other phone. Confused & frustrated...

Are we to assume you got the phone directly from Telus?  If so, they would be the best people to whom to talk.  We can tell you how to remove a BES policy from a phone but if you got the phone from Telus and it had BES on it, they should take responsibility for fixing it.
