BB Torch 9800 isn't connected to BlackBerry

Hello,

 

I have a problem. Device isn't connected to BlackBerry. See diagnostic's results.

 


BlackBerry registration: Yes

Connected to BlackBerry: No


 

Tell me please, does this mean that the device is locked?

No this doesn't mean that the device is locked your device is not connected to the BlackBerry server.

Any issue with your device that you end up checking diagnostic?

I have no connection to internet(Browser isn't worked),

BBM isn't worked

I can't set email.

 

I receive the mess "Unable to connect to the Internet, plaese thy to agin later."

 

Therefore I go to  "Mobile Network Options"->"Diagnostic test"

Did you check with your carrier if your plan is active?

You need to check with your carrier that a specific "BlackBerry" data plan is active. Not just any data plan will work. It must be a BlackBerry BIS plan.

Yes, I checked, my plan is BlackBerry BIS.
