I have a BB torch 9850. ( 3G, CDMA, WIFI) V126.96.36.199
bought in Nov. 2011
OS 7.1.0, 457 package - System said no updated available
Service Provider : Verizon
When we made phone calls and finished talking and touching the end buttom , the call remains connected for minutes, I has been not able to solve it and is getting worse.

If we can't get any update we can always try taking a Clean Reload of our Device Software.If any Update are found from your Carrier it will show you or you can reload your present device OS, Reloading of our device Software really help in resolving most of those issues.So I prefer Reload your Device OS .
