My Torch 9860's "backlight" for the Call and Menu keys are not working. I already tried reformatting my device but still it does not work. I am from the Philippines and unfortunately there is no Blackberry Service Center here in country. My device was also purchased from another country as a present. What should I do? It is kinda risky to bring my device to unauthorized cellphone repair centers. Please help.
