BB Torch OS

Hi, I want to know why BB Torch users have 1 month and 2 weeks with the same OS version ( I think is time for an upgrade, this version (and all versions) have a lot of problems that RIM has to fix, there are too slowly.

RIM developes the operating systems, and released them to the service providers for testing, certification and training. So, it's not up to RIM to release the OS to the public.
