BB Torch is it dead or can be fixed

I have another BB Torch 9810 which flashes the red light for a few seconds and then stops. It does that every time and is not turning on. When i remove the battery and place the phone charger the red light flashes, i bought a new battery and charged it with another BB phone and the battery is fine. This phone was deleted the operating system by mistake. Ihave tried to do the flashing system but there is no change. Is it the hardware problem or the OS problem and can it be fixed?

Re: BB Torch is it dead or can be fixed

Your best bet for recovering your phone is to connect it to BlackBerry Desktop Software to reload your OS. Have a look at this article for assistance:

I hope that helps you. Smiley Happy
