I have an email account on my BB Torch 9800 that has been deleted yet still appears on the menu. Have removed battery twice to refresh but still appears. It is interfering with another account. Any suggestions?

I have two options for you. First, you can call Tesco and they should be able to do that from their end. It's obviously still associated with your BIS account, which they can modify for you. Alternatively, they should have a self-serve BIS site from where you can edit email accounts on your phone. You'll need a user/pass combo to access the site but if you get that from them, you can then modify accounts on your phone by yourself.
