Ya, we are trying to advance the companies ability to coordinate.  a lot of people travel very often and we are trying to integrate our old systems with the new technology.  I am a young guy trying to help the transition.  I appreciate all you help.  if you think of anything else please let me know.

Re: BB automatically deleting emails

lets try this: are you leaving copy of messages on mail server for outlook?

do you have webmail access where you can check you email to confirm this whether you the copy of message is left on mail server depending on your outlook setting.

Re: BB automatically deleting emails

Thanks for the help.  No as soon as we send/receive in outlook it downloads the message to the computer.  I Have a better way to describe what is happening.  it seems that my BB is deleting the messages I receive not the ones I send.  so as I go back over the last few days, the only messages I have are my sent.  Does this spark anyone's thoughts.

Re: BB automatically deleting emails

since messages are being removed from mail server, can you verify if this option is checked for your email account on BIS

'Synchronize deleted items between this mailbox and my device.'. Uncheck it,  if its checked on.
