Yes I know I am suppoded to have it ! It is really annoying !!!
I did the test by removing the battery and it did not change anything.
How do I reload my device OS ???

You can have your carrier do it;
Or you can do it:

It works ! Thank you very much.
First I had tomake a little research and find out I have to locate and delete the vendor.xml file, but for now it worked out pretty well.
