BB curve 9360 Calendar malfuctioning - NO REMINDERS -

Hello

I have now, for the first time, a Blackberry curve 9360.
Untill now I am quite happy with it. But I have problems with my calendar. I've googled the problem over and over again. But didn't find a plausible solution.

My reminders on the calendar are saved, and everything is set to give an alarm when the reminder needs to give an alarm. But he doesn't give anything, no sound no buzz no nothing..

I've found a maybe-answer to the problem. They told me to erase any servicebook thats named CICAL. I've deleted this, and also searched the bb app world for a calendar patch.

Nothing helps

Ow yes, and also this:

OS version 7.1 bundle 1133 v7.1.0.336

Does anyone know how to help me?

Ow, and yesterday I erased the facebook app completely, thought it might help. But NO, instead of helping it erased my entire calendar. Had to make phone calls all morning to retrieve all my appointments...
hmmmm, starting to think I'd better bought another phone

Co moooonnn, this can not be! There were so manye problems with it about 5 years ago, and rightnow nobody knows the answer??... :-(

Maybe if I execute a complete reset? But I guess also that is not possible?

Solved
Just did big reset by desktop manager, and restored not all settings.
There must have been some conflict between previously installed apps or stuff.. didn't know the reset and restore ( by desktop software ) was so convenient!
Nice job, RIM! But they had me going though....
