My computer does not recognize my phone anymore. I reinstalled the software, made sure that I had the last version of the OS for my phone, tried all the USB ports of my computer, uninstalled my phone from the desktop software (hoping it would reinstall it when I would plug it back).
Having no other options, I went to Telus with my phone and computer. After over 1,5 hour of trying to fix my problem, he had to give up...
Does anybody have an idea?
