BB id update failed

I did exactly as u said, after installing the app world I rebooted and it asked for update and I updated, after updating I rebooted again following the instructions. Then I tried using my appworld it still says the same thing "blackberry world requires the latest version of blackberry id" and asked for update again. When I tried to update again it says "sorry there's no compatible version of blackberry id available at this time; application will have limited functionality without the latest version of blackberry id"
What else can I do? Please help! This problem has been on for two months now and I can't use my BB well. Thanks....
