Sorry to hear you are having difficulty upgrading your BlackBerry® ID.
Are you getting an error when you go to perform the update? If so, can you provide that error as it appears?
What version of software does your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9300 smartphone have installed? Go to Options>About to check or Options>Device>About Device Versions
