Good afternoon folks - my BB's (bold 9650) keyboard is locked; have performed multiple resets (removed battery, waited a period of time, replaced battery and restarted) but keypad appears to not work.
Have tried to install updated OS on phone via BB desktop but unable to do to phone being locked - can't unlock because not able to key in password.
Thanks for any suggestions/help you can provide.

Welcome to the forums.
If the keyboard is not working then the only suggestion would be to try and do a reset to factory. Doing a reset to factory will wipe your device including all data and 3rd party applications.

thanks Smooth Rider for the suggestion.
I tried doing the 'hard reset' and the keyboard is still locked.
My phone is 'owned'/managed by the organization, so only other thought is that maybe there is some sort of 'enterprise' lock on it.
