am Sandy from Canada, recently I faced some hardware problem with ma BB 8330 (BTW am Telus user). So I took ma BB to Telus and they changed it to another BB 8330.
at Home when I tried to restore ma backup to new BB 8330, it said your BB need to update do you wanna update. I did ok and after some installing workout BB didn't boot again. Just Red Singnal/Power Lightflashing continusly.
Please Someone can help.
Its urgent, because all information about ma database, contacts and meetings are in it )-:

You do have a good backup right?
No data will be lost when doing the following: pull the battery while the device is ON.
Replace after a minute, Let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is fixed, Thanks
If that doesn't resolve the provblem, you're going to have to reload the Device OS again.
