BB not receiving EDGE signal

cant get full EDGE Status contacted my carrier they said theres nothing wrong on their side it was working and all of a sudden one day its stopped as a result i have no net capabilities wat so ever no bb messenger no browsing nothing at all but i can still make and receive calls and bluetooth etc. anyone have any ideas...ive already taken out the battery and so on only thing i havent done is a full reset. cud it still be my carrier its been the same way for weeks

Does the internet work in other locations and not just that location or at no place at all?  I would go to the store you purchase and try to get a replace if you do not get the internet at ANY location.  If it's just that location, and works in other places, it could just be a weak signal
