I have a Bold 9900. I receive a number of legitimate business emails through MS Outlook on my laptop, although some may incorrectly come through labelled "bulk" in Outlook (i.e. an email sent from someone I know just to me). These same emails do not come through on my BB. My BB does otherwise receive emails. Any ideas on how to correct so I receive all emails on my BB. I am not on a BES.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing email issues with your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9900 smartphone.
To clarify, if you go to your email account on your laptop, not all the emails appear in your Inbox but in another folder called Bulk?
If you were to manually move these emails into the Inbox, do they then deliver on your BlackBerry?

For clarity, I receive all emails on my laptop; some that are marked "Bulk" (they are marked Bulk in the Subject line)are still received in my Outlook Inbox. However I do not receive these on my BB.

Do you have any rules or filters enabled to prevent emails with Bulk in the subject from being delivered?
Do other emails device to your device, just not the ones with Bulk as the subject?
Is this email account integrated as IMAP, POP or Outlook Web Access?

I don't think I have any rules on my BB that would stop these from being delivered - plus if I am replying to an email that I received in Outlook and that has "bulk" in the subject line, where I copied myself, I will receive those on my BB. It is if a 3rd party sends the email tat I do not receive on the BB. I receive all other emails on my BB (i.e. those that do not have "bulk" in the subject line).
I use two email accounts and both are POP accounts.
