BB problem

 Hi i have a blackberry curve 9320 and i recently updated my bbm but it isnt working! It is blue and says "a temporary error has occured"! i have tries pulling out my battery and reinstalling bbm but nothing is working please please help me as i only have the balckberry a week!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

In some regions of the world today, there was a BBM problem, which manifested exactly as you describe. Reports are that it's all repaired now, but it will likely take some time for service to restore to everyone affected.

If it does not return by tomorrow, please perform a battery pop reboot. If that does not cure it, then please contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
