BB sync Calendar with Outlook 2007

I'm trying to sync my new BB Curve 8330 with my calendar in Outlook 2007 using Desktop Manager 4.7. I set up the sync to point to the folder in Outlook, set up a one-way from Outlook to the Curve, and then try to sync. I get the first thermometer that is setting up the sync, then a thermometer that says Synchronization Progress that doesn't move, and a second later the computer beeps and the thermometer goes away. No log files, no error messages, nothing. As a test, I was able to syncronize Tasks from Outlook to the Curve, but that's not what I need. Any help?
