BB9900 Software Versions

What's the difference between OS 7.1.0 bd 648 and OS 7.1.0 bd 1149? Do I need to upgrade?currently on 7.1.0. 648.

Better to go for upgrade..! As latest version always launched for enhancement either to avoid any bug or increase features, there is no hardly difference but to let your handheld work okayyy better to go for upgrade..!!

Thanks,will do,but my carrier Etisalat Nigeria does not that upgrade unless I switch to MTN Nigeria.
