I am a new user to BB and I love the phone, however, I"ve been trying like crazy to set up my BBID both on the phone and on line with no success. Every password I've used has been checked, double checked, triple checked and I either get the error message that my PW does not match or that my PW is invalid because it matches an entry in a previous field. Really getting frustrated with this. Someone help, what am I doing wrong?
