BBM 7 not working. Help?!

I have a Blackberry Curve 9300. I got my phone unlocked in November and I'm now on Vodafone Pay as you go. Everything has been working fine until I didn't top-up so it cut me off. I then topped-up and asked for the Blackberry Internet Services again. I got a text about 10 hours later saying that my Blackberry Internet Services will be activated in the next 24 hours, it has now been 48 hours and my internet, whatapp and everything else is working, but my BBM won't work at all. I've tried a battery pull, hard reset, registering with the Host Routing Tables and it's still not working. I ran a diagnostic test but it says everything is working. I don't know what else to try?

Go into Manage Connections>Service Status from your BlackBerry home screen. What appears under BlackBerry Internet Service?
