BBM 7 not working

I downloaded bbm 7 and now it says that it failed to register with the blackberry messenger service, it also says make sure that your device time is set correctly or open the my profile screen and check the blackberry messenger status and i can't find it please help

Hi shadyamin

 

First perform a Hard reboot like this device POWERED ON remove the battery wait for a min. then re-insert it back after reboot on your homescreen it will prompt you to edit the time you can edit or set correct time or On your homescreen click on the Clock > Press the Menu key > Set time > you can set the correct time and also check your timezone ,make sure it set correctly

Hi shadyamin

 

 

                   Can you open BBM ? If you can then open BBM press the menu key > View my Profile > Mark on " Show my Location / Timezone "  See if that helps.

BBM 7 ! Disappointment.
I downloaded it, it worked. Half an hour later, the bbm gets uninstalled on its own. Now when I re-install it , it says- some problem occurred. Try again. Even tried thru the site, it says my OS is not compatible. I have Bold 9790 , OS 7. Urgent Help !!!

Guys, i have a blackberry curve 8520, yesterday my phone frooze and i hard booted since then the BBM has gone, i opened the app world so that i  could reinstall the blackberry messenger, but in the app world when i go and reinstall the bbm 7 it says there was a problem installing blackberry messenger,please try again later, i am soo fed up, can any  of u guide me on how to reinstall my bbm?please would be greatful

I updated bbm and everytime I click on bbm it says its setting up bbm and then comes up 'a temporary bbm server error has occurred' what do I do to get it working?
