I recently did an upgrade of my OS system and I can no longer access BBM - error given "Cannot Set Up BBM" "Cannot access BBM services. CHeck that your device date and time is correctly set, and try again."
I have done the check and it still does not work. I have done a reset to factory defaults and it does not make a difference. I have done something with Host Routing and also resending Services.
Please help, this is very annoying.
Also with this, I have two email accounts. The one loaded perfectly and the other just wont load even with the correct settings. Also very annoying.

What version of BBM do you currently have installed? You can find that information from Options>Device>Application Management.

Thank you for your reply. I had to resort to sending it into our service provider to be fixed. Apparently an error with the firmware update which messed it up. Had 2 friends with the same problem, so beware if you update your firmware.

Morning all, just to give you an update. My service provider did reload a downgraded version which did not help either, my blackberry ID won't register now and I keep getting an error message still on bbm. I have sent it back to them again this morning... very annoying!!!!
