I downloaded the lasted update for the BBM messenger app and now it doesn't work. It does not allow me to click ok on the 'verify BlackBerry id' page help.

Do you currently have a BlackBerry data plan with your wireless provider? Also, have you tried connecting to a Wi-Fi network then accessing BBM again?
