My BBM has not been working since yesterday. I'm not receiving msgs and when I try to send them, the timer icon permanently appears. My internet is working fine. Any ideas?
I have the BB Curve 9360

If you're having issues with your data sevices then first try those steps in the same sequence:
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back
If problem persists then you have to call your Carrier BELL and let them know the problem you're having .
