the same thing , i delete bbm from options > Advanced > Applications and Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry  With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot . and reinstall again it , it is only blue screen please help me i want bbm Necessary

please my brother i want bbm on my phone my phone is curve 8520 it is only a blue screen and i delete bbm from option <Advanced < Applications and reinstall it but the same thing it is only a blue screen help me

at Options > BlackBerryID, do you have your BBID entered and setup?

and mu bbm is only a blue screen .... please help me

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?

Call your carrier and inquire about having the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account.
