I have recently installed the new BBM software, and i cannot access it. It says i cannot set up bbm due to 'insufficient wireless coverage or your connection to the wireless network is turned off' I cannot delete the application or reinstall it as it is not located in my blackberry world. I have tried searching for it and it does not appear.
Can anyone help me please.

The message you getting simply means that either you don't have a sufficient Data Plan on your account or you`re in an area where you don`t have sufficient network . Can you confirm that !
Regarding your issue with locating BBM icon , please refer to this Knowledge base :
