In fact, most problems seem to be in line with BIS 4.0 being released in Europe...

Perhaps there was problems with it.

That most definitely is a possibility. Unfortunately, there's really no formal way to confirm it. Let's hope others see this thread and report if they have a similar experience. Being in North America, we always get these rollouts last. Seems a shame to use others as the "field testers" before coming here all of the time. Ah well...something over which we have no control!

hey i see ur having the same problem i am now...its been 3 months since u posted so i hope u still check this forum! i am having the same problem i duno whether my msgs r bein delivered or not ive tried hard reset, deletion, manual roam the lot but i cnt seem to receieve the R or D sign however my friends r sayn they r recieveing my msgs...r u still avin the same problem?

I had the same problem with non/late delivery on my 9300. I found that when I turn off the 3G it solves the problem. Anyone else have a dif solution?
