BBM Problems outside wifi

I have the blackberry bold 9900, and really like the phone but since the outage last week my BBM will only work when it is connected to wifi.


My emails also come through wherever I am, but when I'm not connected to wifi my email account does not reflect that I have opened any emails.  Whilst not in a wifi area I also cannot send emails.


Further to this, my App world doesn't work.


Does anyone know of a fix for any of these issues please?


As I said, I do like the phone, but I'm really frustrated by not being able to use it to its full capacity - I may as well had got an older version or a different phone at this rate!
