I'm having problems with my blackberry messenger. It continues to fail everyday. I recently wiped it & re sorted everything on my Blackberry Curve 9300. I've tried everything, even updated the time on my phone & everything else but it doesn't register still. Is there a way to fix this?

The exact and complete error message would help greatly in trying to diagnose your situation...from what you've said, I cannot tell if you receive an error message nor when exactly you receive it. Details will help.
Nevertheless, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
