Torch 9810 OS 7.1 Bundle 921 on the Bell Network.
I clicked on the update for BBM, the device updated and rebooted and my BBM icon disappeared. I went in to options, manually uninstalled BBM, rebooted the device, reinstalled BBM and now all I get is a blue screen.
I communicate with all of my field techs via BBM
I'm certainly not a BB hater but you guys gotta stop making it so hard for me to be a BB lover.
Can anyone come up with a fix that doesn't involve resetting my device?

Are you seeing the blue screen from within BBM is this happening upon startup? Are there any error messages?
