"cannot set up BBM"
A temporary BBM server error has occured
When i click retry it says "associating BBM with your Blackberry I.D"
and goes back to the first message
this is what comes up when i try clicking on BBM. I have tried deleting and re-downloading, tried pulling my sim, having WIFI on, hard restart, nothing is working that i could think of to try and fix this. my BBM had worked before this update, everything else works execpt BBM
also a new APP was downloaded onto my phone called "application Resource Monitor"
I have tried turning that off also and that did not help.
if anyone has an answer please help me out it would be greatly appreciated

Can you clarify if you are able to use other BlackBerry Services ?
If you are having problem with the recent version of BBM then you can roll back to a previous version of BBM,If you are willing to do that then try this: On your Homescreen Go to Options > Device Application Management > Locate and delete BlackBerry Messenger from there.
After deleting do a Battery Pull Restart like this device POWERED ON remove the battery wait a min. then re-insert it back . After reboot from your BlackBerry Browser browse to http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/en

I am able to use BB app world, its just BBM that does not work, my BBM worked perfectly before i did the update and now it isnt working.

On your Homescreen Click On Manage Connection > Service status > BlackBerry Internet Service > What is the status ? .
As I said if you are unable to proceed with the newer version then as a Workaround you download BBM6.2 for the time being.

Ok turn off your wifi and try to do over your mobile network, also after you turn of your wifi go that Manage connection screen again and see what's the status of BlackBerry Internet service , is it connected to your mobile network or not

As I asked after switching to your Mobile network check your BlackBerry Internet Service status , is it conected ? If it is connected then try those steps in a sequence.
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back .
Then try it again Or as I first suggested you can Install BBM6.2 anytime if you are having issues with BBM7.

i downloaded 6.2 and i registered my blackberry with the wireless internet, but bbm still does not work and is not showing in my bb app world
then i went deeper into bb app world and it said BBM is unavailable for this device
who the hell made a blackberry not compatible with BLACKBERRY messenger

Did you recieve those registration message on your Message Box , If not then contact your Carrier for further help.Also try deleting and reinstalling BBM 6.2 again on your device.
