I topped up my phone £15 24hrs ago and I've done numerous batt pulls but my BBM and Blackberry World aren't working.
I'm able to access BBM but I'm unable to send/recieve messages/updates.
When I try to go into Blackberry World a message pops up saying, "You are not connected to the wireless network", but I've checked my connections and on there it says I am connected to the wireless network.
Can anyone help me out?

On your Homescreen near those signal bars , what do you see is it edge , EDGE , GSM ?
Try a batttery pull restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered On , wait for a minute then reinsert it back , after reboot check again .
Try it and let us know.

On your Homescreen Go to Manage Connection > Service Status > BlackBerry Internet Service = what is the stauts now ?

Oh my gosh I've just realised haha. I recently went on holiday and turned my data services off so it wouldn't charge me and forgot to put them back on again sorry! Everythings back to normal thanks a bunch
