BBM damaged

Well guys I am following with 2 blackberry torch 9860 are the 2 with the following problem:
1) Do not connect error 507 have tried to update not only recognizes to upgrade


2) There does not recognize the chip connection (already tried other chip anything else I've been in the appliance store said over the phone is not locked) and it's been more than one year then the phone ta without warranty.

NOTE: I have 2 9860 because one of them did not want to put online over the line and I want to put on and pre-paid.

Needing help from you.

Can you explain what you mean by "chip connection"?  Do you mean the SIM card is not working or is it the media card?
