Sorry to hear about the issue you're having with setting up BBM. So that I can better assist you, can you please provide more information? Were you able to use BBM fully before you upgraded it? Are you connected to the mobile network or to a Wi-Fi network? Does removing and reinserting your battery and retrying the BBM setup help? Can you also please provide the full error message you receive when trying to setup BBM?
