BBM doesn't work!

I've had my blackberry-curve for about 9 months and BBM has never worked. I've downloaded version 6 but that never worked then version 7. That allways said "Connecting to Blackberry ID" something along those lines. Any ideas? Bbm has never actually worked on my phone!

Apart from BBM are you able to use other BlackBerry Data Services like personal email, Facebook for BlackBerry etc. on your mobile network ?


Also have you activated BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS on your account ?
