BBM doesn't work

When I download bbm 7 it never ends loading so I eliminate it and reinstall bbm 6.2 but still doesn't work, it appears and everything but I cannot add contacts or receive invitations, help please!

From your OPtions > Device > Application Management, scroll to and delete BBMessenger.

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Now, once rebooted, using your BlackBerry browser, go to www.blackberry.com/bbm and download/install BBM.

 

If that doesn't work, repeat the same process above AGAIN, but while connected to a WiFi network.
