BBM downgraded to v5 for Bold 9870

Hi,

So since my blackberry app world was not showing. I upgraded my OS6 to a high version which was successful. Now my bbm has downgraded to version 5, when I go to the app world only version 7 is available which my phone doesn't support.
I was very happy with my version 6.... Please please please help me get it back.

which exact version of BBM is currently installed on your device ? BBM5 or BBM6.2?

I have the same problem I have a Bold 9870/6.0.0.668 my current version of BBM is 5.0.2.12

 

Will upgarding to BBM 7 work?

 

OR

 

Where can I get BBM 6.2

 

Please advise.
