BBM help pleaseeeee!!!

It would be lovely if anyone could help meSmiley Happy))
I have this problem of not able to add a specific frd on my bbm list provided that she was on my list earlier.
We have been bbm-ing each other for more than 2 weeks &a few days ago her status has changed to unavailable,, since then we couldnt receive anythg from each other!
I have tried so many methods like battery pull,, deleting &adding each other again but none of it works!!!
What should i do??

Not sure if it'll help, but it's worth a shot.

 

1)  Delete your friend from your list and any pending requests.

2)  Make sure your friend does the same.

3)  Go to Options, Advanced, Service Books.

     Delete all references to anything that has [BBIM] in it.

Reboot the device, and go to Options, Advanced, Host Routing Table, Hit the BB Button, and choose Register Now.

 

4)  Go to your provider's site to Resend All Service Books

 

Try re-adding your friend now.

Well it seems to me that the problem is on your friends end. She may have inadvertently blocked you or she may have her status set to unavailable. Ask her to follow the steps in the previous post.
