since last "crash" mid of october BBM is not working over night, also e-mails will not be sent from mail account to Blackberry. Seems to be a problem in Brasil. what might be the solution / reason? really embarrasing that this doeas not work for 100% and we do not know the reason. any ideas?

It's probably a single issue on your device. All of Brazil is not down.
If things are not yet completely working for you, please do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner:
Then, additional things you might try:
1) Register HRT: (OS5) Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Scoll to any line entry and > press the Menu key > and then click Register Now. If you have an OS 6 device, Look at Options > Device > Advanced... etc.
2) Resend Service Books: KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
